DESCRIPTION : Roles &Responsibility: Monitoring Voice & Non Voice Transactions Coaching and Feedback to Associates Providing training to the new joiner’s on compliance audit and FMEA audits. Meet the Q-Rep Minimum Skills Requirements Conduct call auditing workshops and Joint Monitoring Sessions. Attend Internal & Client Calibration Sessions Provide feedback to the SME(s), Team Lead(s) &Trainer(s) Implement MIP as per the guidelines. Identify and highlight Failure Modes in the process Identify unethical practices/behavior and highlight to higher level Creating weekly and monthly Audit Report and to analyze the floor gaps to streamline the process. Generate the QA reports and TNA, communicate the same to the Quality Lead/ Operations Manager. Skill & Certification Requirement: Good Analytical Skills Listening Skills Convincing Skills Communication Skills Sound Knowledge in Excel &PowerPoint YB or GB certification in SixSigmaprefered
